About Us
The College Avenue church of Christ in DeFuniak Springs, is a congregation that is trying to do Biblical things, Biblical ways. We strive to be pleasing to God as we do His work here on earth, since He sent His Son to die for our sins on the cross. We follow the pattern that has been laid before us in the New Testament.
This congregation was established in November 8th 1946 with the original building built in 1949. In 1953 classrooms and a baptistry were added to the main building. In 1966 a new auditorium was built with the original building converted into classrooms and office. In 1994 a fellowship room was added to the existing buildings. In 2025 the auditorium was refurbished due to mold and mildew.
We are now looking forward to spreading the Gospel of Christ into DeFuniak Springs and beyond.
